Utilizing our local Kingston presence, we were able to identify and target qualified purchasers in the Kingston area. Working in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield in Toronto, we launched a full marketing campaign, reaching over 1,300 prospective purchasers across the Greater Toronto Area on a weekly basis. Within a four-week period we toured seven independent groups through the property.
After just 59 days on the market, Cushman & Wakefield/Cushman & Wakefield Kingston was able to effectively identify a qualified purchaser and generate an offer at close-to full asking price.
